TOOLKIT FOR DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING AI-FOCUSED DIGITAL LEARNING ACTION PLANS.
The DIGITALLI Toolkit refers to developing an attractive support package for lifelong learning institutions, including managerial, administrative, and teaching staff, to facilitate the digital learning transformation of their organisations.
The specific objectives are to:
• Form national teams who will stand by the partnership and support the development of resources and provision of services throughout the project.
• Provide a clear, practical, and evidence-based framework for digitally transform lifelong learning institutions.
• Build the capacity of lifelong learning institutions in developing and implementing digital transformation digital action plans for their organisations.

DIGITAL LEARNING TRANSFORMATION EXPERT SYSTEM.
The purpose is to develop and offer an online application to support consultants providing guidance to lifelong learning institutions on how to establish and implement digital transformation action plans.
Specifically, the objectives are to:
• Develop an interactive online space to host the project resources and provide easy access to the target groups.
• Develop an online expert system to guide the development and implementation of digital transformation action plans for lifelong learning institutions managers and administrative staff.
• Provide a dedicated e-learning package for adult educators to enhance their digital competence and promote the digital literacy of their learners.

TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR HUMAN CAPITAL.
A bespoke in-service training programme will be designed to ensure that educators/trainers are equipped with the required skills to modernise and digitalise their teaching practices. The Training Programme will be aligned with the most recent developments of the European Commission in the field.
The specific objectives are to:
• Develop a comprehensive blended training programme for educators/trainers on digital teaching and learning, using the
DigCompEdu and TPACK frameworks and tools.
• Raise awareness on the role of educators/trainers for empowering adult learners’ digital literacy
• Promote the use of Europass Digital Credentials Infrastructure (EDCI), European Digital Skills Certificate (EDSC), Micro-Credentials, and the DigComp Framework among partner countries.
